1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" refers to the 639jl42 website, mobile application, and all associated services accessible at https://639jl42.net.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the 639jl42 Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account by 639jl42.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to funds deposited by the Player using a supported payment method, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 639jl42 Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account at 639jl42, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 639jl42 or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 639jl42 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.

639jl42 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or termination.

4. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on the 639jl42 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.
• You will promptly update your Account information if any details change.
• You are registering only one Account for your personal use. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited.

639jl42 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of this Agreement.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

639jl42 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may be subject to geographic, payment method, or game-specific restrictions.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are communicated at the time of each offer.
• Bonus Funds and Real Money Funds are tracked separately. Real Money Funds are used first in wagering unless the applicable promotion specifies otherwise.
• 639jl42 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honored.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or colluding with other players — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and may result in Account termination.
• Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not receive notification of available promotions. Opting out does not affect eligibility for promotions that are automatically applied to all accounts.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 639jl42 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are random, unbiased, and not subject to manipulation by 639jl42 or any third party. The following terms apply to gameplay:

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 639jl42 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 639jl42 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, server downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any decision made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Interruption or cessation of the Platform's services for any reason.

639jl42's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Termination

639jl42 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Upon termination for cause, 639jl42 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and, where fraud or a material breach is established, any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account. Where termination is not for cause, any verified Real Money Funds will be returned to the Player via the most recent payment method on file.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 639jl42 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

13. Amendments

639jl42 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Where a material change is made, 639jl42 will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to Players via the Platform or by email to the address registered on the Account. The effective date of any amendment will be stated at the top of the revised Agreement.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

639jl42 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction of residence.
